Is there parking nearby?

There is a car park situated at the side of the shops which is 20p for 2 hours.

What payments are accepted?

At present we only accept cash or cheque with corresponding bank card. For larger payments and deposits, direct bank transfers are available prior to salon visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

For beauty treatments a 24 hour cancellation is required otherwise a fee 25% will be applied.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A £50 deposit will need to be taken for all semi permanent make up at time of booking, which is redeemable against your procedure. 48 hours cancellation is required or deposit will be lost.

Is a skin test required?

Skin tests are recommended for people with sensitive skins.

Is the procedure painful?

Every client experiences pain differently but with our advanced equipment and techniques discomfort is minimal.

How long does it last?

The pigment stays in the skin for several years but will vary from client to client depending on age, skin type, colour choice etc. A colour boost is recommended between 12-18 months after initial treatment depending on client .

How long will it take?

You should allow 1 hour 30 mins for a new procedure.

Do I have a choice on style and colour?

Yes. You will be in control from the start from choosing a desired shape to your colour selection and will be advised on all of your decisions.

What happens after the procedure?

Immediately after the treated area may appear swollen and the colour more intense. This is normal and will last for several days. Complete healing can take up to 6 weeks for final results.

What is included in the price?

Your consultation, procedure and 1 touch-up, which is recommended around 4 weeks after initial procedure, are all included in your costs.

Beauty Treatments

When is a patch test required?

A patch test is required prior to any tinting. If the client is sensitive they may require a patch test for false eyelashes and spray tanning.

Do I need to exfoliate before having a spray tan?

If you suffer from dry or uneven skin, exfoliation is an advantage, however Sienna X is a great tan so finished results will always be professional and even. It is always best to remove make up prior to tan and be free from oily creams/lotions.

How long do semi permanent eyelashes last?

They will usually last up to 4 weeks, however it is recommended to have infills every 2 weeks to keep lashes full as natural shedding will occur due to rubbing of eyes or even sleeping.
